All in all everything was great, had a great stay during my 2 night visit. The food was fine and the staff were kind. The location was marvellous, in a pub or other venues, and the room 

The location was absolutely perfect and nice, excellent close to restaurants, it's a plus. Besides, we were really close to train station- Sutton train station is about 3mins walk, and the shops and bars. The food was local, 

The hotel offers particularly good and unbeatable location very close to Sutton downtown. It's found in a peaceful area, right by many landmarks of Sutton.

Comfortable and perfect location, next to St Nicholas Church. Soundproof, new-fashioned units provided with tea, comfy bed, for instance.

The location was convenient for Sutton, close to Station, and train station- Sutton train station is about 3mins walk. Also, it was set next to The Messenger.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was local to satisfy everyone. The staff were particularly helpful, perfect and nice location in the centre of town.

The views were depressing.

Our hotel was in a good and perfect location next to train station. St Nicholas Church was also within walking distance of this place. The food was nice with plenty of alternatives.

The staff was very pleasant, the accommodation was fantastic and clean. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was very good. In addition, the parking was nearby. The hotel had a good and 

Very good service, lovely modern and functional place. Very clean beds, a nice size rooms. Comfortable location in the super area, with a train station next to the hotel. Besides, very convenient to a war memorial. 

This place is conveniently located in a prime area.

The venue was set in the very central position just next door to the local centre with a lot of shops as well as transport which is n't cheap.

Their staff were very rude.

Simply nothing too much trouble, good stay. Pleasant hotel, central location so close to Sutton train station, courteous staff, nice bar area. Delicious breakfasts with good coffee and scrambled eggs, for example, family atmosphere. Compact and stylish room

Had an absolutely amazing stay during my 2 night visit. The location was magnificent, to Gatwick airport, the view was pleasant, too. What's more, it was close enough to the train station, London and train station and Sutton centre.
